Captain Scarlet Wavs The first opening sequence of the series. The Mysterons first observe Spectrum reconnaisance craft approaching their complex on Mars. The Mysterons first swear retribution for the mistaken attack by Spectrum on the Mysteron Mars Complex. Lt. Green: "Destiny Angel - Immediate Launch!" Destiny Angel: "Spectrum is Green!". Captain Scarlet & Captain Brown discuss the Mysteron threat just as their SPC Patrol Car careens off the road & they plunge to their deaths. Colonel White greets the Mysteronized Captain Scarlet just after his car crash. Colonel White first deduces Captain Scarlet may be under Mysteron control. (Excerpt from above) - Col. White orders Lt. Green to order Destiny Angel to escort Captain Scarlet's plane back to Cloud Base. Destiny Angel relays order to Captain Scarlet to return to Cloud Base. White confirms his suspicions that Captain Scarlet is now under Mysteron control. Col. White orders Destiny Angel to make a feigned attack on Captain Scarlet's plane. Col. White reports on Captain Scarlet's abduction of the World President & orders an SPV Pursuit Vehicle to pursue them. Captain Blue makes first series appearance when he requisitions an SPV to pursue an errant Captain Scarlet. Col. White sets the trap for the renegade Captain Scarlet. Captain Scarlet & Captain Blue engage in gun duel and Captain Scarlet falls shot 800 feet to his second death. Col. White briefs Spectrum on their success & the return to life of a now indestructable Captain Scarlet no longer under Mysteron control. Col. White's disclaimer preceding every episode of Captain Scarlet from the second one on. "The Voice of the Mysterons" warns Spectrum they will assassinate the President of the United Asian Republics. Dr. Fawn explains to Captain Scarlet that he is now indestructable. Col. White accepts Captain Scarlet back into active duty. Captain Scarlet discovers the plan to assassinate the Asian Premier as he & Captain Scarlet prepare to stop it. Captain Blue orders Destiny Angel to attack the plane headed to kill the Asian Premier. Captain Blue fails to fire the SPV's jammed guns & Captain Scarlet ejects him & makes a suicide attack on the Mysteron's plane. Captain Scarlet to Destiny Angel: "Continue aerial attack - that's an order!". As the thrice-dead Capt. Scarlet is driven away by Ambulance, Captain Blue remarks "Maybe he didn't die.....in vain!".
